If its been frozen the WHOLE time...I would think that it is safe to cook and eat. Let it thaw slowly in the fridge..not laying out on a table for hours..make sure its cooked completely through and a temp when done at 190 degrees. Hope that helps...  |

I think it should be OK. I've had turkeys in the freezer for a year, but I wouldn't let it go any longer than that.  |
