Sorry to hear about your shots. I've never minded needles too much but my best friend absolutely hates them so I know where you're coming from. My friend tells me that if she doesn't watch the needle going in her arm it helps and try not to tense up too much cuz she claims when you get all tense that makes it hurt worse. Oh sweetie, dont be scared. I just had my physical last thursday and I had to get a hep A shot n I was sitting there THINKING she was upwrapping the syringe (sp?) and then she was like ok, your done. I didnt even feel it....and blood work is NOTHING, I SWEAR!!! LOL Im not good with meedles, but with blood work, you cant even feel it!! I had to get it done a year ago n it wasnt as bad as I thought. The only thing I DIDNT like was that tape stuff they out on your arm when ur done...it made my arm sticky! LOL Like that has anything to do with gettign a shot done...lmao GOod luck and member, dont be scared!!  |

Well, I got my physical and shots this morning and it wasn't that bad. It didn't hurt until later but after 15 minutes it was ok. And because I'm so healthy I don't have to get blood work which is really good because that was making me worry. So I feel better!!  |
