What he does remainder of the year is unknown.Built in 1771, the pink stone building is visited regularly by Habersham's ghost during the autumn and winter months.Nearly all of the employees of this Savannah,Georgia restaurant that now occupies his home have encountered his ghost. When the place is empty,he has been known to burn candles throughout the building.Haunted places,p.141.
