I'd call in sick, if you don't take the interview now they might see it as you not being interested enough in the position. I wouldn't say to try and change schedules with someone cause if it doesn't happen and you later call in sick you will end up looking really bad.  |

I'd either call in sick and go for the interview, or simply tell my boss that I have an emergency appointment (no reason given) and have to take part of the day off-- and um, have some excuse if he asks-- sick family member, have to go help boyfriend with car, something like that...I've found that if you don't jump on these things right away, within a couple of days they're already given job away.  |
