When I was younger, my feet used to crack and bleed. Painful!! Anywho, I used to put vaseline really thick on my feet after my bath, then put on a pair of socks. Keep them on all night, your feet should feel lots better by morning! ReeRun |

My niece told me to do the same exact thing with the vaseline being very, very thick and the socks before bed thing. I'll give it a try. Thankyou very much. Peace, Love and happiness, Sabiebaby!!! |

Yep, Vaseline and socks is what I would recommend. You can get the "creamy" Vaseline that comes in a tube that seems to work better for me. |

I've had problems with that and it takes some serious work to take care of it. I bought one of those stones made to scrub the heals of your foot, I soak my feet in hot water, rub in some foot scrub and take the stone and scrub. Than I massage in some bag balm and foot softening lotion, the lotion twice a day, the scrubbing once a day, twice if I have time..It's taken several weeks, but my heals are finally coming around and softening up. |

I have psoriasis and sometimes it gets so bad that my skin cracks and bleeds too. I have found that by using ivory-lavander soap in the shower and using suave vitamin e moisturizer after the shower makes my skin really soft. And on my face I use aveeno lotion with oatmeal and chamomile I think. Using these daily have helped my skin tremendously this winter! |

I have a couple things that I use. Either Extra emmolient night cream by Mary Kay, or Bag Balm. I have a really hard time finding bag balm, but it works wonders! I used it when my son had a rash too, and it cleared up in a matter of a day. |

Bag Balm is awesome.. so is Udder-Mint, which I think is still animal use only, but it is bag balm with japanese mint extract. Love the stuff! |

2 things you can do.....First you can use a pumice stone or a foot file. It looks just like a mnail file & file your heels.
ANd Then put moisture cream & a pait of socks on your feet after you shower & go to beed.
And Avon has a SUPER Foot Creat for Cracked feet. I swear by it. I used to use it back in the day . When I was working on my feet for 40 plus hours a week. |

Try some udderly smooth cream. You can find it at walmart really cheap. It's in a white and black bottle or tube & it has a cow pattern on it. |

Yeah, I've heard of the udderly smooth cream and spotted it over at my mother-in-laws house in her bathroom. I guess that stuff is for all kinds of rough spots, right? Also I just wanted to say these are some really great replies and I am so thankful for them. Peace, Love and Happiness, Sabiebaby!!! |
