Hello Supernatural Girl, the USM Rock Award is given out by any admin on the Admin Team. If one of the Admins feels that you are doing a good job on USM and that you rock in what your doing around the site, they will give you that award. I noticed you had one in your profile :) You were given your "USM Rock Award" by Vadia who is Admin-V. If you want to message her and thank her for it, she is author 18928.
