If, I didn't read the other post to look at the pic I would've said well it just looks like a blurred image on top of it. After, seeing the picture in the other post I realized the whole picture was blurred except for the face. Kinda cool imo:)  |

My friends and I do this all the time, that is pose for pictures when we go to concerts. When someone is standing still and everything around them is moving you get a clear picture of that person while everything else is blurry. My guess? It's just a coincidence that the guy was having his picture taken just as you took yours. Look at his glasses, there's definitely a flash reflected in them thus why his face is lit up, it was obviously not your flash that did this cause you were too far away to do so, the flash that you see reflected on his glasses is from his own camera.  |
