Broken Hearted.....................the dead poet   Author:  39179  Category:(Poetry) Created:(7/3/2008 6:16:00 PM) This post has been Viewed (109 times) Broken hearted though I missed The gentle breath of the wind Cools the burning blaze of sunlight love upon my red red skin I am burned, this is true Still ....... the waves ease my soul Lapping upon the beaches of this restless life The debris of so many endings that never were still spray the love of this life Promises said are never meant For their utter destroys the wish The unsaid smile is never borken the heart shall follow where thy're sent There is a peace, hiding deep within the sea Calling me from this life The siren sings such beauty I hear her call at night From those deep cool depths There is peace I've never known or had Love awaits my yearning Softly calling me home Unconditional Silence keeps me holding on I'll never know the toll i've paid Until I find my way home I've done all I've done Holding purity in my heart I know its never perfect But it was all I had Though its place was turned against me Until I loathed all I was an incompetent Love an incomplete soul I ate the poison of my love The healing gift was seen to hurt I screamed ...........Aghast at all I've done Why is my love only pain?
