Contact-Social security Administration.......Office of Central Records Operations.......300 N. Greene St........Baltimore, Maryland 21201. Write a letter explaining why you're looking, add info on dad, and request that they forward your letter to him. Write another letter to your father, telling him you wish to contact him and where he can do so, put it in an unsealed envelope, stamped, along with your request to the SSA, and mail it. They can't give you his last known address, but they will forward your letter to their last known address of your fathers. It will be up to your father to respond. Good Luck!!!!!!! I'm looking for my HALF BROTHER. Here's the story my sister just told me. My sister Tammy Tongate was in the DMV in Portland Oregon about 3 years ago. They called her name to go up front and a guy approached her on her way out the door. He said, "Tammy Tongate, you are my sister"! She replied, "She was not". Without this guy knowing Tammy, he said, "My dad is Kenny Tongate"! Tammy just freaked when he said that and also she had noticed this guy starring at her in the room and the freakiest thing was that he looked like our dead brother. How would he know that Kenny Tongate was Tammy's dad unless he was told by our father. Well, Tammy got scared and didn't say anymore and ran out the door. The guy did follow her outside and watched her drive away. Now, how wierd is that? The only clues we have is that this happened about 3 or 4 years ago in the Portland, Oregon DMV. And the guys birth father is Kenny Tongate and he looks like our deceased brother. Tammy's Birthday is 9-6-63 or 9-6-62? Maybe the guy's Birthday is around the same time as Tammy's. Our dad Kenny Tongate lives in Yakima, WA and before that he has lived in Wapato, WA. Hope someone out there can help us find our Brother. Please call me at: 360-674-2572 or e-mail Joeykow@msn.com
