Words can't describe the park or the views of wildlife. not to mention views of the mountain that most of the area folk all "Denail" and not Mt. McKinley.Two great weeks of seeing the countryside. Would recommend going late April and early May.  |

Denali is the most awesome place. I have camped there many times, it is so beautiful. Thanks for posting this, Mason. Not many people understand the actual beauty of Alaska. They automatically assume that it is covered in snow, and we all ride dog sleds to work!!:)~~~Midnight Sun |

They call it the "white Brotherhood" as in white man. If you visit more and actually come to the cities, you will find that a lot of native people do not like white people. They blame them for a lot of diseases( including alcoholism) and other things white men apparently brought with them when they came over from Russia. Alot of the Native people converted their beliefs over to Russian Orthodox, or Catholic (Same thing), so these ancient beliefs are hardly ever talked about anymore. |
