Up Date on...... My Neighbor is Mad at Me!   Author:  48809  Category:(Interesting) Created:(7/4/2008 6:37:00 PM) This post has been Viewed (300 times) Some of you may remember my post a couple of weeks ago or so when my neighbor wanted me to buy him a new windshield for his truck, because the wind blew my maple tree branch into his windshield. My insurance company would not pay him for it because they said it was an Act of God, this is a real law! He wants me to pay for it anyway...but Hey! If my Insurance company will not pay for it.. then I am not going to either... that is what I pay my Insurance company for. We live right next door to each other about 15 or 20 feet from our houses.... but separated by a fence. He has harrassed me and is still insisting I do this. The other day when I was outside he came out and started screaming at me and I told him to forget it. He said he was going to sue me...but my insurance company told me not to worry because they would laugh him clear out of the court house. I think he finally got the idea that I was not going to co-operate and so he tried other ways to annoy me. He moved his garbage cans as close to my kitchen door as he could get it and left the lids off to draw the flies. He will get in his truck and before he goes he takes the dog outside very close to my kitchen door and then goes away for hours on end knowing the dog will bark continuously the whole time he is gone. The dog will look in the direction that he left and never stop barking. I had company today and we were in the kitchen cooking and that dog had barked so long and so loud we could hardly hear each other, I had finally had all I could take and I called the Police. When he came he talked to us and we told him about the dog and while he was talking to us...the guy next door came home and the cop went over to see him. When he came back over he told me to call the police everytime he let the dog keep barking so long. He said we will finally get tired of coming down here that we will then start issuing tickets to him. While he was talking to this guy , he found out that he has been driving his truck on a suspended drivers licence ! His girlfriend told me that she didn't think he has any insurance either. The cop told me that anytime I see him driving his truck out of the drive way to call them and let them know what direction he went and they will pick him up. Unfortunately, spirit says there is more trouble coming.
