I decided to show off all of my pets to you guys! I've recently gotten some new additions! So heres the whole family all together :o)    This is Beauty! A 14 year old chinchilla persian (ex show cat) which I rescued from an animal shelter earlier this year. She was about to be put down as she had not been adopted. She had lived in horrible conditions before arriving at the shelter. Luckily I found her in time at petfinder.com. I can only describe her as a living teddy bear...shes so cuddle and sweet..it makes me wonder why anyone would treat her badly.  This is Frisky. A mixed breed cat I've had since I was a child (she is about 12 years old now). I have many memories associated with her and believe it or not she was always there to comfort me when I was upset over a guy dumping me at a middle school dance or later on my high school sweetheart and I parting ways. <3  This is Chi. I rescued her mother after she was thrown out of a moving car when I was 10. We later found out that her mother was pregnant, all but one of the kittens died; so we decided to keep the living kitten :o). Unfortunately her mother had to be put to sleep 3years later because of feline leukemia. Chi is my largest kitty (in size) but is also my most affectionate. Shes a gentle giant!  This is "Big Fish". A one foot long playful, intelligent, Oscar fish. He was previously a pet in a high school biology lab where (after the teacher had to go into the hospital for a few months) he was not taken care of by the substitute or students. Students used to feed him bits of soap instead of actual fish food, and at the point where I took him home, his tank water had become so dirty I could not even see him in the tank. Now hes in a large 80 gallon tank with plenty of rocks and food :o)  These are my two baby robins...Sparkle and Star. They were attatched at the hip lol :o) as u can probably tell. I found them after they were being attacked by a group of large crows. One had a bleeding wing and the other couldnt use his leg. I kept them both for about a month, feeding them and teaching them to fly. They became so tame I used to walk around with them on my shoulders. Fortunately (although heartbreaking for me lol) they both were rehabilitated and released into the wild :o).  Lastly, this is Mr. Jingles! A rat I adopted at a local animal shelter. His previous owners were no longer able to care for him (he is about 5 months old).
