8 slices white bread, crusts trimmed
8 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
2 green onions, sliced
1 1/2 cups shredded Mild cheddar cheese
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
Place four bread slices on bottom of greased 8 inch square baking pan. Sprinkle bacon, mushrooms, onion and cheese over bread. Cover with remaining bread slices.
Mix eggs and milk, pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
