Knocking   Author:  63743  Category:(Poetry) Created:(7/17/2008 7:27:00 PM) This post has been Viewed (117 times)      I am knocking Waiting for your heart’s door To open up My hand is tired My feet are sore But I keep knocking And knocking some more   It starts pouring Hail and thunder But am not going away No am not   I am standing here Until you let me in Standing here thru sunshine And snow   Cause there is no worst winter Than the cold I feel In my heart Knowing you are gone   My hands are prune My clothes soaked My hair drenched But I am still waiting For your love   And I’ll keep knocking For as long as it takes For you to open that door   Cause I know On the other side of that door Is a love That’s worth suffering a thousand winters and even more of that am sure.
