This has always made me cry. And it makes me angry, because CPS knew she was being abused, and yet they still stuck her back with her mother. :( Sad story, and the mother and stepfather are disgusting people.  |

Awwwwwwwwwwww...poor baby. The same thing happened to a little boy in Dallas a few years back. CPS knew the boy was being abused, but kept returning him to the family. The extended family of the child suspected he was being abused, but none of them stepped forward to take the child in. The little boy died, having been beaten to death.  |
