lol I work at Nike. That one machine is always so stubborn. I've seen drinks get stuck in there often but never mine until today. I will know not to get starbucks again in there lol  |

I knew a guy who worked the vending machines in our office. He told me these companies make a lot of "free money" over people who pay for something, don't get the item and don't get their money back. They're not going to hurt one bit over what happened with you. In fact, if it keeps happening, they should replace the machine...but they won't if they keep making "free money" out of it.  |
