I'm glad that you had a great time Sis. You know I find that after going to a comedy show here that is vulgar to say the least (and I am broad minded and not a prude either) it becomes boring. I mean it's so repetitious and not funny in the end. So yeah, I agree, there are good clean comedy acts where you can have fun and a good old laugh...Good for you hun *hugs*  |

I agree with Zema, some of the clean acts are just as good as vulgar ones (Mitch Hedburg, for example. He did cuss in his acts but never made dirty jokes)  |

Bill Cosby was being interviewed one time by a talk show host and was asked about Eddie Murphy and a host of other star comedians who regularly use foul language. Cosby said that one can line all of them up in front of him and have a contest, and he, Cosby, would mow every one of them down in front of a crowd w/o using a single bad word or suggestive image. Cosby is very funny, and I always respected him for his style. Glad you saw two other talented performers who are the same and who gave you a great night out.  |
