PEACH COBBLER

8 cups sliced fresh or frozen peaches
1/2 cup butter, softened NO SUBSTITUTIONS
1 cup sugar
1 cup all purpose flour
Cinnamon sugar


Place the peaches in an ungreased 13 by 9 by 2 inch baking dish, set aside. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add flour and mix well. Sprinkle over the peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until the topping is golden brown.

Makes 8 to 12 servings.
