Hm.. well, for me, it was blaringly obvious when I got to my classes this semester and realized if I wasn't the oldest person there, I was close. Also, when in conversation with my class-mates and the word "husband" slips out of my mouth, everyone's eyes go wide. Then I feel really old. I always get the "you're MARRIED?!?!?!?!" reaction. |

When you start saying, "darl" or "love" to people you know you are old. I remember this happened to me when I was about 35. But you really know you are old when you see your mother in the most unusual places, like in the window of the store you just happen to be walking by, or in the mirror you are standing in front of. LOL. It's scary! |

I was made in the eighties...When people refer to things of the 90's as "old school", That's what makes me feel old...talking to friends about watching the wonder years when I was a kid growing up(and them saying what is that???), and I have to say the thing that brings back the most is when my kids watch cartoons like "Tom and Jerry" or "little Bear", I just have to laugh because I was watching these when I was growing up. And the ultimate thing is when there were cars made the year you were born and they are now considered "Classics" LOL~~~~MidnightSun |
