Hang in there. Be patient (many people go through this in trying to find their first job. It's not just you). Be really, really persistant- persistance ALWAYS pays off in the end. Consider all your options. Do whatever you have to do to get your foot in the door- volunteer someplace, take a part-time position or a job for lower pay, take a lower-paying position for a place you'd like to work then try to push your way into a better one. |

Snakey, the only thing that helps me when I feel like you do is to remember this. The only thing worry changes is your mental health. Find the list of things that you are happy about and review that list only. Toss the worry list. Do what you can to make things better but don't let it destroy your life. Be as happy as your happy list can make you. Snakey :(h x 10000 |

You know that you will get a job just before your holiday! It's Murphey's Law. Even though it's annoying to hear the hang in there speech, it's true. Something will come up. Have you thought about tutouring? That is easy money. |

you're 25 years old. you're not ancient! drinking won't help. all that will do is eat into an already streched paycheck and you will have nothing to show for it. i know it's hard be try to be patient and be thankful you have a job that at least covers the bills and gas. a lot of people can't afford both especially with gas prices. |
