After getting a thyroid test and liver test and it turned out they were normal...I upped my protein intake *advice thanks to my wonderful sis Sage* and also started taking the female version of minoxidil which I haven't had any bad side effects. Also I've added taking prenatal vitamins and fish oil. I decided to stop stressing about it. I'm doing all I can do and that's that. There is a little bit of hair growing back at my temples in two bare spots and I was very VERY thrilled to see that yesterday. I will be forty in March so this is very well due to hormones and being pre-menopausal. Sorry. I guess I'm just bored this afternoon and was so happy to see some hair at ALL I had to tell some people. LOLOL! Everyone have a great day. CP.
