All was quite, my friend Carol and I, were sitting up watching tv. The baby was put to bed and had been sleeping several hours by this time. 1 am, the baby begins to thrash, and cry, soon turning to screams of an un-natural kind. Well, maybe a nightmare we thought! This 2 year old little boy, could not stop crying. After about 10 minutes of contiuing screams, Carol new that something was not right with this child, her grandson. She tries to get him to be still, trying with all her might to calm him, nothing could shake him out of whatever had happend. The screams deepend, his thrashing got worse to where she could not even touch him. Now after 20 minutes, of this horror. I suggest going to the hospital, thinking thier has to be something wrong with this little one. So Carol, picks up the 2 year old as he is thrashing in her arms, and it is hard for her to even hold him. She tells him were going to the hospital, walks into another bedroom to gather her pocketbook, andthe baby stops, crying immediately. Now he is still, briefly. The phone rings, it is his mother saying she had been awakend with a nightmare about her son screaming. Immediately as i hear this conversation on Carols end i get sick to my stomach. Tears begin to roll down my face, chills run up and down my back. Carol is telling his mother what had just happend, and for to get over the house right away. In the meantime, Carol lays the 2 year old down on his bed, the thrashing begins again. Crying screaming again! This is serious now because he is calling out for his mother. Which, is something that never happens. See the 2 year old lives with carol, the mother of the little one does not even live with him, or care for him. She loves him from a distance, if you understand what i mean. Anyway, to get to the point now. This child and mother are still connected even though they do not even live in the same house. This particular night the mother of the baby was at home with a newly released from prison convict, which of course the baby did not know, but Carol and i did. Previously, the mother had been abused badly by this man, beaten etc. The mother who lives close enough to get to carols house in like 5 minutes, still had not come. We knew carol and I, that this must be some kind of sign that something was about to go wrong for this type of incident to have taken place. Mind you, that this baby, was spitting and screaming like it was possessed by a demon. This was the scariest thing i had ever witnessed. When the mother finally arrived the baby was fine, i left and they went to sleep. My gut feelings are that this night, was out of some horror flick. Still as i type all of this out i am still sick to my stomach. During my drive home about 1/2 an hour or so. I was thinking of what i had witnessed, and so i find this site to write about the experience. Which too is kinda wierd, i think! But needless to say you would have had, to have been there to see how things went. Is there anyone out here who has witnessed such an experience,!! I think maybe this baby somehow might have just saved his mother from some kind of horror, too as this convict of hers who knows could have beaten her again , who knows, maybe to death. Why else would this baby have screamed in such a way with all of the events that took place. Maybe some of you might say oh he had a nightmare, NO...he was awake, and would not stop till mommy got there. And as i said before he is not close to his mother Gramma carol raises him and loves him,. Please respond if any of you have had this kind of experience.
