Our next door neighbor had 2 daughters, I was 10 years old at the time, one of the daughter's was 12, when she was bored (no one to play with) she'd play with me. You see we weren't really friends. She was a beautiful girl full of energy and speed. You could tell she was very atheletic and had the strength to match. I was envious of her. She was a little devilish though. One time she chased me with a dead snake with the most evil look on her face. She loved to scare me and pick on me, I guess you could say I was her punching bag. And I would take it because I was lonely. One day we decided to play teatherball. So we took a thin rope and one of my tube socks (stuffed) and tied it to the street sign (I lived right on a corner). As we started hitting it back and forth (she had lightning speed), I hit it to her and she moved with such a speed that a black silhouette of solid mass was behind her, I screamed, and at that moment it went back into her body. She asked me what was wrong, when I told her she laughed at me. To this day I can't explain it. Whether she was to fast for her shadow, or if it was something evil come out of her. But it was definitely a solid black mass in the shape of a human. It was not a mist, or a shadow on the ground, and my screamed made it realize it was out of her body so it went back in. UPDATE: They moved away within that year and I never saw her again. The thing behind her had no eyes, no mouth, no ears, it was just a black solid mass like the silhoutte's we do as children in school, only difference is that 'it' had dimension and height.
