I've heard that at times tape recorders have picked up on strange sounds that were never heard. It's pretty much the same as camera's and video camera's picking up reflections of what the naked eye didn't. Pretty strange. Good story. |

Actually that is probably a normal "coctail party incident" which is a know psychological phenomena.
When you hear un-understandable gibberish your brains easily start trying to "convert" into something understandable. And naturally maybe the most familiar word for you is your own name because you have been hearing it over and over in your life.
Its nothing spooky and it is a well known psychological thing. |
