Why would she be horrified? As far as I'm concerned, having Jesus appear to you has to be the most wonderful thing that can happen to anybody. I admit, it would throw me off somewhat by it being so unexpected, but I would definitely not be horified. |

good story but i agree what would be so horrifying about jesus? If i seen jesus and was positive it was him i think id had stopped the car. got out and walked up to him. But only if i were shore it was him.  |

It's nice to see we have some good samaritans here...;) Don't know what I'd do unless it happened to me personally though. Remember, this lady was out in the boonies at night all alone. Put yourselves in her shoes too. Who knows what any of us would have done? Great story though. Chelle |

Maybe it was Jesus and maybe it wasn't. If it was Jesus then why did he just appear to her without sending her a message? Maybe he was just watching after her on that dark night. And why was Gwen scared? Please explain a little better. :)

I think the writer used the word "horrified" for lack of a better word. Probably meant she was in awe? And just "blown away" by what she had seen. Give the writer a break on her choice of words. It was a beautiful story. |

This was a beautiful story, but I honestly believe that had that been Jesus there would be no way Gwen would've been horrified, or even slightly scared. Jeses would have a different effect, he wasn't there to scare her, so he wouldn't have allowed that. She would've been calm and in total awe. I can see pretty strange things at night when I'm driving too. I just don't think he chose to show himself standing on the side of the road with no message or anything. |

I believe in Jesus--but I don't believe he goes around standing in the middle of roads. I believe if she were to she Jesus, she would have to be some very special girl with an amazing faith, and she would feel utter joy in his presence and maybe a little fear; for we should fear the power of God. I don't know but if she knew without a doub it was Jesust why not stop--Jesus would not hurt her??? I don't think your friend was as sure as she claims to be that is was Jesus, I believe it was something good or bad I don't know, but I don't think it was Jesus himself, but it is true Jesus lives, and he will show himself to us--but not physical he shows us with love and all the wonderful things we have in life!! |

the night before my son died. I was taken to a beautful place and a man on a gold throne said it is time to give him back. i kissed my son as he was a baby and handed him back . i know this man was the creature , god , jesus, what ever and if i was bad dont you think i would of gave him to the devil , soletaker evil one what ever??????/ get a life and dont be jugeing others on things you dont know about.. |

Dear 724,
your story gave me the boosebumps. But it also caused a few tears covering my eyes. I think iit is very very special to see Jesus. That menas (in my opinion) that he is telling you he os protecting you. I would too have been scared of course. You don't see Him everyday you know. And that doesn't stop Him from being a ghost in the middle of the night, in the middle of nowhere! I would have been scared out of my witts and shocked as well. But i know that when i'd calm down i would be more than thankful that He visited me. I wish that happens one day and i don't get a heart attack. Take care :) |

This story just goes to show that some people who have called on Jesus in their times of need recieve some ways of enlightenment and maybe she had called Him and this was her "enlightment". |
