Have you ever tried looking up the name on internet search services? There are a lot of free services on the net, yahoo for example. Or call 1-8-00-big-hugs. In Canada depending on the provinces it works that way. That's the way i made contacts with my birth mother. Another think, i am pretty sure that she can access her birth parents medical files because of inheritan disease. If she doesn't have a real name, that makes it harder but somewhere there's a file with all the answers she need to go further. I have through the whole process so i may be able to give you some advice and some tips if you want. Dont hesitate to come back to me about that situation. Good luck. |
