When I was in school 8 years ago a friend of mine invited a few of us over to her room to play with the Ouija board. I was a little hesitant cause that stuff really gives me the freaks. She lived in an old house that was renovated into dorm rooms for that school. We all thought it would be fun to get a little scared that after noon, so we all went. During the "talking" we asked the typical questions "is there anyone there?" "Who are you?". The Whatever we contacted said his name was Joe. We asked if he knew us and he said he did. He said he knew my friend Alicia (she lived in the house) and he said he knew me. I had never been in the house before in my life. I asked him what my name was and he said Roxanne (that is not my name). He was insistent that I was Roxanne and that he had loved me once. He described me as a tall thin woman with red hair who lived in the 1950's. I asked how he loved me (son, husband, father, brother) He couldn't answer me. The more I asked the faster he got. He started getting so fast that it was hard to keep my fingers on the indicator. He just kept saying that he loved me and that I died in a car accident. I was getting a little freaky and from my Christian background I was taught how to calm myself ( Our father who art in heaven...) I began silently praying to myself. The indicator got faster and began spelling out obscenities to me "F**k you" "Go to He**" over and over again he spelled these things to me. I was getting so scared but my friends started telling me not to take my hands off before saying goodbye. I kept saying goodbye but he kept saying "no" he wouldn't let me go. My friends were freaking out and I was ready to cry. I told the "whatever" that if he let me go I would come back the next day to talk to him. He agreed and said goodbye. I went out to my car, I was ready to go home. I started the car and it stalled, I tried againa nd it stalled, I tried a third time adn the song Roxanne from the Police came on the tape player. Now, I had been listening to the tape before I went over there but I shut the car off during "Don't stand so close to me". Not anywhere near Roxanne. Well, needless to say I didn't go back to talk to him and have not touched a Ouija board since. How it changed my life:I do not play with the Ouija board anymore. I don't know if I really contacted something or if my imagination was working over time but whatever it was it scared me enough not to do it again.
