Everyone has a purpose on this earth. My belief is that there IS a God who loves you. But you need to make your life worth living, and only you can do that. Your life is not for you to take. God will take you when He is ready. Until then, find the good in each day and make the most of your time here, because in retrospect, it really is short for all of us. God Bless. |

always changing the reasons why your here today are not the same ones as yesterday you have
to realize there is a higher power whether it is fate or god or ala or whatever it is there

16 and depressed?? WHY??? You have your whole life ahead of you and IT IS definitely NOT worth ending it!!!!! You're so young and just beginning your life...why take it away? Why end it now.?? I think you should keep your chin up and look in the mirror and say..."HEY I AM SOMEONE...I MATTER...AND I CARE!!" Don't go at it alone...seek help!!!! Be strong and in the end you will find that person inside that wants to come out!!!! Peace & Love!!! |

No No No! That's not the way it should be done. God has a plan for you and everyone else. He will decide when your death is. To take your own life is like interferring with God's work. Your are young enough to say "I have a whole life ahead". There's no telling what you may accomplish if you keep your head up and keep living. Don't make people wonder what you could have become. Also, if you take your own life....consider what someone else will have to go through because of your stupidity. Taking your own life means you don't care about yourself and anyone else. A word from the wise...Don't do it, stop thinking about it and go on with life as God planned. No one said life would be easy, but the struggles are here to only make you stronger. |

If you caught a glimpse of hell, why do you still want to kill yourself? Do you want your friends and family to mourn at your funeral that bad, so that you can "see who's at your funeral and who's really sad?" If you want to know if they love you, tell them you love them. If they hesitate, they don't love you, they won't be sad. But they won't. Somebody loved you enough to cut the rope the first time. |

I know how you feel. When I was 15 I felt the same way. Luckly I never tried, what opened my eyes unfortunalty was a friend dying in a car accident, it made me realize I did not want die. Being a teenager is hard but believe me I made it through. I am now 22, married to a wonderful husband and a few months ago we just had our first baby boy. I cant belive I ever had those thoughts. All the wonderful memories I have now and the more there are to come I wouldnt have if I would have acted out my feelings. Please hang in there you have a wonderful life ahead of you! |

Ive felt the same way since i was 5, im 11 now. I would never try that but i used to say i wish i was dead so many times that i thought it just might come true.

That smoke and fire you've experienced probably meant that your soul was getting ready to fall into hell. It is not right to take your own life, where you end up after death is eternal. Seek God and you will have a better life plus blessings ahead of you. God Bless. |

I really feel for you. When I was growing up I battled depression also. IT IS NORMAL !!! Your body is changing and so is your mind. What seemed important to you 3 years ago isn't the same now is it? I believe in GOD, and that JESUS was his son sent to save us from ourselves. I am not going to push my religion on you, but if you kill yourself, you will never see heaven- not to mention "Who shows up for your funeral". You have a purpose, make the most of what you can do for other people, be good-hearted. Don't let temporary boredom and depression stop you from finding out why you are here. Some people believe that from the minute you are born you begin to die. Hence, the phrase; "Laugh at a funeral, cry at a birth." I believe that GOD has a day and minute for you to die from the second that you are born. Written in his book-of-life for each of us. What you do with this opportunity to live becomes the way he judges you in the end. If you have ever lost someone close to you and watched them die, you would think of death differently. Things that are important to you before they die, all of a sudden don't mean anything. And you realize that this isn't the end, but the beginning for them. You know what is right and what is wrong. You are almost an adult! Try not to think about who will really care when you die because if you act that selfish no-one will. Think about the people you love and do everything you can to show them. Tell them whenever you can. You can do this now. Take and seize that opportunity because one day, sooner than you think, you will not be able to. Learn from other people's mistakes, it will be easier for you than learning the hard way. My uncle died last week, I was there holding his hand, telling him how important he was to me. I watched his last breath and realized that life is what YOU make of it.
