I live in a small town in Mississippi. And laterly alot of bad things have been happening and a lot of my friends and family have been getting murdered. Sometimes it makes me so scared that I hardly leaves the house and sleep is impossible...well I better give you some background information about what I am about to tell you.. The crime of course is murder. ( cold blooded!) The victum I will call her Pooh Bear. Let me tell you about Pooh Bear,she was around 18 or 19 when she was killed. When she was like say between 14 to 16 her mother ( I will call her Tippy) was killed (murdered) leaving behind 3 daughters all underaged. Her murderer was never found. Pooh Bear got older and got wild she was into everything from drugs to gangs.She was a friend. She never had a chance! The supposed murderer I will call him Black Capon and his accomplise B.P. etc. Well let me tell you about Black. He was a 24 or 25 year old young man. He was from a good family. He was outstanding in school. He was the father of a healthy 1yr old. He was my boyfriend. B.P. was a woman beater. He was crazy. He had dashing good looks and he was evil. He was my cousin (far off!) Well on with the story Pooh Bear had took some money from a top dope dealer and had spent it. She went around dissing the gang. A hit was placed out on her. Black and his boys watched her house. and learned her habits. He was under an order to kill her or his love ones and he would be killed. He had no choice. They B.P., Black, J.M, and several other boys they followed her to her house and when she left they grabbed her put her in the car,took her somewhere and they raped her beat her real bad then one of them took a gun and shot her point blank in the right eye. ( that was a sign, it signified crips; the very gang she had been dissing) they put her body in the back of blacks car and took her to a dumpsite and threw the body in! Okay let me tell you what weekend date this was... It was Blacks B-Day and he was to spend the whole weekend with me but at the last minute he called and cancelled on me. I was so hurt that he did that and he sounded so different to me like he didn't have any life in him. He sounded resigned. I wondered what was wrong but I knew not to ask. He keep telling me he loved me and told me to take care and be careful. I wondered about this but paid it no mine. On one of the nights in question, I called his house looking for him he wasn't home and I called almost all that night still no reply.So I called the next day same thing. So I got to thinking that he was with someone else..maybe his baby momma.Boy was I in for a rude awakening! The next morning(his b-day) I called and his mother sounded strange she said who is this. I said this is Paulette. She said, "Baby the police just came and got Black." I said,"Why? She said,"They think he killed this girl named Pooh Bear." I broke down crying. I said,"Nooo he couldn't have done it. He didn't kill her. Oh God Nooooo!!" Then she said that B.P. had been looking for me and trying to get the number I was at. I said,"Why?" She said,"He want you to tell the police where thy were." I said,"What?" Then, she asked me was Black with me last night. I was quiet for a long time;I thought of saying yes,but I couldn't lie not even for him. I said,"No mame." she said,"Thats what I thought! B.P. wants you to lie for them." I said," I don't know where they were and I want lie so I will not talk to the police." She said,"Good!" We talked for awhile then I got off the phone. On with the story,Pooh Bears naked abused,mutilated body was discovered by some garbage men about 2 days later and that is when they came and got all the boys somehow they found out about the hit and who was ordered to do it they just didn't know who made the order. They keep B.P. and Black and let the rest go! B.P. told that Black had shot Pooh Bear. No one said different and Black was put on trial. after he was sentenced to life in Jail. Someone began to talk and most began to wonder why B.P. wasn't going to prison and why Black only got life! Well someone told that Black was not the shooter that B.P. was. But a message was sent to Black that if he didn't take the fall for it he would be killed and all that he loved, so he was silent. B.P. was let go! Black was given life with the possibility of porale. Why is that? Because someone was talking and they were telling all! The police know who made the order, but nothing was done about it, How could they he was already in Prison. They police know that Black didn't shoot Pooh Bear but he( Black) won't coop. I no he didn't shoot her,but there is no proof and without proof there is nothing. At the scence of the crime there was another person there I know this but no one knows who and no one is talking.... How it changed my life:It took away some special people in my life and made me be very cautious. I try to think it wasn't his fault but like I told him if he would have spent that weekend with me Pooh Bear would be living and he won't be behind bars. He told me he didn't shoot her but won't say who and me At first I didn't know what to think but Now I think maybe he didn't but who did and why is B.P. free? Why are all these people threatening Black. He was place under protection! Why? He said he will be getting out soon and he asked me to marry him...I told him I couldn't marry him because I can't except they fact that you was a part of this.I think maybe now he has began to talk is the reason he is under protection and maybe that is why he is getting out soon. But what would his life be worth when he gets out because they will no that he has told and then what? No I wants no part of his life now...I can't live with someone that did what they did to her even if he didn't shoot her he did the other stuff! That dead girl could have been me!
