You people believing this crap must be out of your minds! I just don't get this. How can all spirits talk english? What about russian spirits who don't even use european alphabets??
It just is so ridiculous to read some of these stories where old spririt from germany says something in plain english. And all your "spirits" have modern names like Jack or Bob. What about those who lived 2000 years ago?
Oh forgive me, they must be analfabets so they cannot contact you via this method... |

To the person who made the first comment, why are you here?? I'm not saying that you shouldn't or can't be here, but if you don't believe in ghosts or spirits, and you don't like these stories, then why be here? I don't remember reading or hearing about very old spirits on this web page, so where are you coming up with that. I just think if you don't believe any of these stories, that's your business, but don't go calling everyone else crazy because they don't believe the same way you do. |

I must applaud the answer above this one. Way to go. Some people have different beliefs. For the very first reply. Do you believe in God or Jesus? Or that there may be another life form way out there in this huge galaxy we live in. Let people believe in what they want to believe.

Okay so if you saw a face and all that what do you think it was trying to do scare you or ask for help most people if they have know experince in these things are mad if they play with them.
I'm really glad that you stopped as my bestfriend died a few weeks later from an asthma attack and she never had asthma in her life we had been playing with a ouija bouard and i have almost six years experience and i hate them. |

And nobody answered my questions in the first comment. Yes, maybe I am a big bad sceptic, but I still would like some answers to those questions.
There is a big difference in believing these kind of things OR believing in stories on this page. Im very sorry to say this, but most of these stories are too much similiar to those on www.urbanlegends.com
I've been investigating these kind of phenomena half my life, but yet I have't found any physical evidence. Which is kind of sad, though.
But to the point: answer my questions. Someone said that nobody has written anything about old spirits. Well why? I really would like to know the answers. |

i have had some expirience with the board and i know that the people who joined me didn't move the tripod, i belive it is just a way for the spirits to communicate. It is just something how your past experience makes a beliver out of you no matter what anyone else thinks!! |

To the resident skeptic: you've brought up some valid points that deserved to be addressed, but please, in the future try to do so a little more politely. The first thing I must point out is that no one really understands how or why the Ouija works or what the "entities" you talk to really are. For one thing, the entities don't always tell the truth, so just because they say they are the spirits of dead humans dosen't necessarilly mean they are. Also, since the entities are presumably "channeling" through the person using the board in some manner, it is not unreasonable to suppose that the entities either can access the user's language skills, or that the entities' communications are non-verbal and the user's subconcious translates these into familiar terms. Presumably, non-English speaking users will communicate in their own language. It is also possible that each user only attracts those entities that speak their language. It has also been suggested that older entities - ones that have been dead for a long time, if that's how it works - lose their connection to the world of the living: that is they forget what it's like to be alive and have difficulty relating to us, possibly even forgeting their language skills. Of course, all this is pure speculation, and it's entirely possible that the entities only exist in our own subconscious, although their is considerable anecdotal evidence that would seem to contradict this idea. The bottom line is that no one really knows one way or another, so don't be so quick to pass judgement that neither you nor anyone else fully understands. - L. Alexander |

Just as a precaution I spent almost everyday with her those two weeks and when they were gone she was too. I miss her much but I still talk to the spirit tat told me this. I've learned a lot from her. And I've also reseached her through obituriaries and found out about her living life. Maybe you should pick up the board again. Specially if you didn't close the door.
