The reason why some stories aren't replied to is they would only receive negative comments. And then others would be mad because they hurt the author's feelings. When my husband and I write negative comments most get mad. Some people want the comments to build their ego, not to receive criticism. Honesty is not a desired feature in the comments.............Hawk |

I have submitted several stories, and only one has lots of replies. This really doesn't bother me. I do think that the more you leave comments for other people, the more chances you have of people reading your stuff. Like if someone makes a dumb comment, you go over to see what they have written...T. |

I agree whole-heartedly and would like to point out
that REPLIES NEEDN'T BE LENGTHY OR DETAILED; just
a "thank you" or "interesting" or "excellent,"
etc., is enough to make the writer feel his
submission was worthwhile. |

Over 3000 stories to response, you got to be kidding me, right??, it takes ten years for me to catch up on millions of stories soon next month. Crazy! |
