It's extremely hard when a close friend or relative has passed on. I can't begin to imagine how I would feel losing a child or a grandchild. Around four years ago I burried two of my close siblings that were killed in a car wreck in Georgia. My 2 year old nephew and 8year old niece. I don't do well with funerals as it is and things really didn't hit me that hard until I was asked to be a poll barrer and carry thier caskets. Both closed. Let me tell you it realy put a hole in my heart that took a long time to stop hurting. The pain has gone but the memory of them will never. One thing that helps is knowing where they are.If I had my way I would rather be with them but it's not up to me. I'll have to wait.
You know when tradgedies hit us especially several at one time, I think we are tested the most than. That is also when God needs us the most. Although he is a caring,loving and strong God he also weeps and needs us as well. It's not God taking them away. Don't give up on your faith.

I'm really sorry for your loss. I'm just curious though, the first story you wrote, you said you lost your son. In this story and the one before it you say you lost your grandson. Did you loose both of them or was it a typo? |

I lost my only son,2yrs later my sister murdered
rest of remains not recovered,2yrs after that my
mother died.
