Moved from Wilmington, Delaware between 1955 and 1957. Her mother died under mysterious circumstances and she was taken to Pine Hill, Alabama by her grandmother. I'm told that her grandmother cut off all contact with relatives and friends in Delaware, vowing never to let Rosa return to the state. She was my best friend, and I never got to say goodbye.
