We don't have much information about him, but we know that he was born on December 2 1973, and was adopted during the month of January the following year. He was adopted by a young couple in their early 20's and they might have named him Luke. His adoption was handled by the Cradle Adoption Agency in Evanston Illinois, and his social workers name was Ann Lochner. My Sister and I just recently were informed of his birth and would really like to locate him.
