Well, perhaps the "ghoul" was already on the land and when VMI was built, it just went in that....As for the third floor, a majority of hauntings occur on third floors....it must be the 3....  |

If i would have heard of this sooner i would have made a note to pay closer attention to the statue when i went there this past summer. Darn too bad i missed it. Hey anyone that can help me find some useful informaiton about ghosts/spirits I would really appreciate it.
