Unsolved Mysteries Burbank, CA To whom it may concern, This is an attempt to investigate the mysterious death of Delvin Roy Sinclair. Private first class in Franfurt,Germany. It was my birthday, November 14, 1991. Delvin and his friend Shawnta Tracy, Specialist Johnson and another private were in Shawnta's car. They were coming back from a club on the Audobon I was getting a sick feeling all day that day from 5:30 our time which is 11:30 their time. The road was slippery with black ice,or so I was told. They were speeding very fast as there is no speed limit on the Audobon. The car hit a tree, flipped over onto the forest area. On November 15, around 8pm, I got three different stories of the accident. I talked to Sargeant Graham who told me that Delvin was in a coma, he suffered massive head injury and was in intensive care. Nurse Perry was assigned to him every 1/2 hour. I can't recall the doctor's name right now. At minutes after 8:00 am Delvin died on November 16, I know because I woke up with a cold feeling like I lost him. I went to school late that day it was a Saturday. I was attending a law class at NYU. I remember distinctly I was in Washington Square Park, watching the trees sway as I heard the news. There were talks about arresting Tracy for manslaughter, but nothing was ever done. All I got was 'Tracy says he's sorry' and sad memories to follow me the rest of my days. I would like an investigation dating back to the time Delvin was admitted into the hospital. All autopsy reports were sent to his mother and I never got the full story. Delvin's social security number was 055 60 4461. He was stationed in Frankfurt Germany. He had been in the Army for almost 2 years. He was my life and I cannot rest knowing that he died and no one is looking into the reason behind for his death. the telephone number was 011 49 6385 6???? He has a brother in the Army as well Junior they call him He conned Delvin into going to the Army in the first place. I dislike very much what he did because while Delvin lay on his death bed. He was in Chicago and didn't see about his little brother. When I finally saw him at the funeral all he can say is he was sorry. I'm sorry it wasn't him that lay dead in the ground. Please track back thoroughly intothis case and see to it that justice is done maybe the answers are still in the wind and Delvin's facts could tell us something today. I thank you very much for even reading this letter of concern, but I feel that your show will definitely blow the whistle on the Army and its infamous cover-ups involving the nature of this situation. Sincerely, Michelle Goddard-sinclair How it changed my life:I have never loved another like I loved my delvin I hatethe Armed forces as they lied t you can never be 'all that you can be' 7 feet in the ground. I will write about this tragedy.
