I was living in Eldon Mo in 1972 (granted I was 11) but I do not recall a plumbing building on Grand Ave. There was the water tower and it's buildings but that is located after Grand Ave. turned into Hiway CC. Also the pond he is refering to is called the railroad pond. It is very shallow and every kid in town fishes it. Some one would have snagged the body while fishing. The rail road pond is across town from Grand Ave. where the body could have been more easily and better hid outside of town.
I think this is a hoax by some one that is not from Eldon but has maybe vistited there once or twice. That is the gateway to the ozarks. |

If this is true, which seems doubtful, how could you live with yourself, knowing that you had a hand in killing your friend and dumping his body? Wouldn't you care about his family? I sure hope this isn't true.  |
