I live in a tiny beamed cottage in south Wales.we have been here almost 3 yrs. At first it was little things-a smell of t.c.p.- then fresh cigarette smoke (no-one smokes) when i came home from work-a very faint smell of flowery perfume. I started to feel as if there was something watching me,one in the kitchen,one upstairs and this awful feeling of a death having taken place on the stairs. To cut a long and scarey story short, when my daughter was born things seemed to get worse-the cottage was always freezing (to me) ,i started to see a darkish shadow around the place,particularly at the top of the stairs and in one of the bedrooms ,things would just fall out of my hands in the kitchen! or i thought that I felt something touch my hair! The trouble was that NO-ONE believed me and I felt as if I was really losing it.Eventually I called in the help of the local Catholic priest. Thing got better but the feeling of having ' company' did not go away. I sought help from a psycic who told me that we had an amazing little cottage with some 10 extra house guests.Someone had fallen down the stairs ,lay there dying with a broken neck for hours (explains my 3 falls and 2 broken ribs! )-a child of 10 was responsible for the things being knocked out of my hands-and my dark shadow was little old lady who was still looking after the house. The psycic gave me some names and they all checked out in the census records. Since his visit the house is quiet--sometimes i think we have company but it's probably just my imagination........I hope! How it changed my life:I am a bit more confident about my feeling things- but do not want to see anything!
