Hi this is Natasha.Some of you may remember me,some may not.Anyhow I'll get straight to the point.Well I dont really know where to start.I'll start first by telling you of some pretty strange and freaky events that have happened to me,from when I was little,right up to now (I'm 16 now).Well,when I was around about maybe 4 or 5 years old (very young anyhow) I once climbed up onto our Pergola (in the patio) and up onto the roof.Yes!! I was on top of the roof.I was only a little kid too.I can vaguely remember being on the very edge of the roof,looking down.Below me,was hard,concrete pavement.Now your probably thinking at this stage,that a little kid around my age could have very easily fallen.But me,no I did not fall.Instead I waited calmly while my dad climbed up and got me.But one false move (which little kids accidently make) and I would have died for sure.This could have just been a very lucky moment in my life,but there's more.A few years later,when I was around maybe 7 or 8 I was playing with my dog Jack out the front.It had been a hot day and it was summer.Where I live,there are snakes,as our area is very dry.A common snake to show up near our place is the Tiger Snake.They are deadly.Well while I happened to be playing with Jack and the Tennis Ball,a Tiger Snake had made its way onto our front lawn.I had seen it just as I threw the tennis ball for Jack.I was screaming,but didnt run for my parents.Instead I called to Jack,who hadn't seen the snake,and was instead chasing the ball.Jack suddenly stopped.He turned to me and ran as soon as I had called him.In most cases,he would have still chased that tennis ball.You know what dogs are like when they are playfull.I had basically saved Jack's life.If he had kept chasing the ball,the Tiger Snake could have been threatened by Jack,and naturally lunged out at him.I dont even want to imagine what could have happened then.There have been other little strange happeneings that have occured,where I have stopped something bad from happening.Sometimes I can even feel when things are going to happen,before they actually happen.
Now I'm 16,and just the other day.13th Feb 2001,I was down the back garden sorting out furniture for my room which I was kinda giving a make-over.I was cutting the tape off the furniture boxes with a large,very sharp knife.Down near the back garden there is weeds and long,dry grass.A good place for snakes to hide.I needed help moving a big dresser,so I raced up to the house and grabbed my mum.But as I ran up to the house,I had dropped the knife,but thought I would get it when we came back outside.As we were leaving the house to go back down to the furniture,when a snake (Dugite) was right in our path.I was behind mum at this stage.I hadn't seen it,and I raced infront of mum.I was 2 inches away from stepping in the snake.Mum screamed as she had seen it.I screaned too,as I looked down and saw my bare-foot nearly on top of this snake.But funnily enough the snake wad dead.And right beside the snake was the knife I had used to cut the tape off the boxes to remove the furniture.As I had been running up to get mum,I had dropped the knife,and the snake must have been right there.I couldn't believe my luck.This may also be another very lucky situation,but there are just little things that happen in my life,that I seem to have control over.This could be some sort of strange power I have.Where I can stop bad things from happening,without knowing I have done it.I have saved my own life,my dogs life and my mum's life in the process.Tell me what you think.All comments will be accpeted.Thanx for reading!!! ~*~CherryLipz~*~ How it changed my life:It hasn't changed my life,it has saved my life!!
