Chakras spin. In the body chakras are the energy centers through which life energies flow. In all healings one must balance the chakra system in order to heal the patient. Ancient Hindus formulated that there were seven of these energy wheels, each a different color and spinning in a clockwise direction. The spacing of chakras actually match major nerve or endocrine centers in the body. There are also minor chakras in various parts of the body including the hands and feet. Root Chakra: Relates to the Physical layer of the Aura Spleen Chakra: Emotional layer of the Aura Solar Plexus Chakra: Mental or Intellectual layer of the Aura Heart Chakra: Astral layer of the Aura Throat Chakra: Etheric layer of the Aura Brow Chakra: "Third Eye" Celestial layer of the Aura Crown Chakra: Ketheric layer of the Aura Chakra color frequencies also follow correlate with the musical scale. Contains the primary 8 cells that have all of the knowledge of creation and remain the only cells in your body that do not change in your lifetime. It grounds us in the physical world. ORANGE: Spleen: Located just beneath the navel, and related to our sexual and reproductive capacity. Blockage manifests as emotional problems or sexual guilt. YELLOW: Solar Plexis: Seat of Emotions. Gives us a sense of personal power in the world. Blockage manifests as anger or a sense of victimization. GREEN: Heart Chakra: Blockage can manifest as immune system or heart problems, or a lack of compassion. BLUE: Throat: Tied to creativity and communication. Feels pressure when you are not communicating your emotions properly. INDIGO: Third Eye: Pineal Gland: Is a physical eye with the capabilities of looking upward. PURPLE: Crown: Connects you with message from higher realms. Can be experienced as a pressure on the top of the head. 1. Root/Base Chakra: Black Onyx/Obsidian 2. Sex/Navel Chakra: Carnelian 3. Brow/Third Eye Chakra: Amethyst/Aquamarine/Lapis Lazuli/Clear Quartz 7. Crown Chakra: Amethyst/Clear Quartz A clear quartz crystal, which contains all of the rays, may be substituted for any crystal. Emerald is also a great healing crystal as it is linked to the green healing ray--also used in Reiki and other healing arts. CHAKRA LINK WITH YOUR SPIRIT GUIDES Each of your chakras can connect with a specific guide / guides. Sometimes a guide can link to more than one chakra. When you are in a relationship with someone you are also connecting chakras. This can vary with one or more chakras---heart, root, solar plexus, etc. When I read someone, I often look for the connection between that person and anyone that person asks about based on chakra connections. CHAKRAS ~ RELATIONSHIPS ~ KARMIC TIES Relationships --not just with your guides but with your friends and family connect the chakras as well. When I read clients and they are having problems in a relationship--or have just ended one--I always look to see the connection between the client and the the other person involved. This is not hard to do. You can do it too. Notes from Z on how to do this: See yourself on the right as a figure of energy. You are facing a figure --to the left of your field of vision. Now watch as lines of chakra connections between you and that person begin to manifest. You may see connections to all chakras between you and that person. You may see just the heart--as in romance. You may just the solar plexus--as in working relationships-- friendships--etc. You may see a white light chakra appear between you and that person connecting the higher chakras. You may see a connection of the new chakras first coming into awareness You can do this with: yourself and anyone you know two people that do not include yourself someone who has passed over Things to look for: What color is the connective cord? Is it thick or thin? Is it straight or twisted? This tells you a lot about the karma between you and that person. After a brief time you will master this skill and use it often. If you are wondering why you are not separated from a lover who you have left--check to see if all of the chakras are disconnected. You have several ways to disconnect from any unwanted relationship at this level. You must first try to physically inform the person you are disconnecting from that you are about to cut ties on all levels-- "Now and Forever". They may think you are crazy as they will not understand but non-the-less they have been informed on the physical level. If you can not reach them on the physical -- then psychically call them to you and tell them. On some level of awareness they will connect as you are still linked. Now you take a scissors in your mind and prepare to cut the cords that connect the two of you. You must be prepared to end with them never to come back at any point in time. You will actually be severing parallel experiences as well. Take time and thought before you do this. You heart, soul and intent must be clear. Now take the scissors and cut. The scissors may look small or huge such at hedge clippers. This depends on the depth of the karma between you and that perosn. The cord may appear as a heavy rope--and takes lots of effort to cut. This symbolizes many convoluted past life issues! You may have to cut the cords of more than one chakra with that person. You should feel relief and no remorse. Your karma with that soul no longer exists. You can do this with other souls as well. Some people have a lot of clearing out to do this lifetime. This is a good way to release and do this on your own time and in your own space. If your karma is very hard with many people--let them all release and move on. I would suggest you do this with one person at a time and no more than one per day. Be sure to send them into a space of love and light as you are creating balance not wanting them to be in pain and turmoil no matter how they have hurt you. Wish them a speedy journey as they have much to do on their road to spiritual enlightment.
