That is so cool for you to share this. I also am a Baptist, that's cool to. What you experienced was the conviction and presence of the Holy Spirit. I encourage you to act upon your desire to become saved. I shall pray for you to receive courage, because your right, it is scary to go forward infront of everyone. This took GREAT COURAGE for you to do. Why wait until the next service to
make this commitment. You already had enough courage to raise your hand. Why
don't you either meet with your preacher tomorrow or talk to one of us. You don't have
to walk down the isle to become saved. You do need to follow through and make it
a public profession though once you do it. I will be praying for you and I am VERY, VERY,
proud of you!!! PRAISE GOD!!! Let me know if I can help you. I would love to pray with you

I remember a time when I was embarassed to raise my hand or walk to the altar. But, you will reach a point where you don't care what people think. And you just want God and everyone else to see how proud you are to be His child. :)  |
