It isn't often that ghosts become that physically violent. It's possible, though. Some violent people go on to become violent ghosts. Demons can't be ruled out either.  |

By the way, if this keeps going for a while you could always result to Astral Projection (read the Out Of Body Experience section) and confront who/whatever this thing is (that is if it will let you, it could always to something to keep you out of it while trying to project) |
