You have a run-off...Thats the problems with wells..when we had wells e would always filter our water when it rained and such..lol  |

It may be a good idea to get your water checked though cause it could be rust or chemicals.  |

I have had this problem with my well,here in Georgia it is not that uncommon.What you need to do is have your well blown out.They will have to bring the rig out to do this and it's not to cheap,but it will solve your problems.  |

All I know is that its a commercial water system or water softner however you wanna say it and that its supposed to be really good well at least it better be my parents r payin 1300 bucks for it. but I'll hafta get back to ya on what kind it is:)SugarPlum777  |

My husband is a Master Water Well Driller and this is what he said: "Your well is not properly grouted, and surface water is running into the well around the outside of the casing. The casing should be extended 2 feet into the bedrock, with a one and a half inch thick layer of cement extending from 2 feet into rock up to the surface." Hope this helps! :-)  |
