Good post, I hope everyone reads this.Oh yeah , and this just isn't teens..I've seen grown adults this bad too...I think sometimes that someone should video them , then make them watch it to see just how they looked and acted to everyone.Maybe then after seeing themselves they would think about not doing it.~~ |

This is such a great post I so agree with you. I have had to watch my cuz to many times get drunk and wasted and end up not knowing what was going on or why she was on the floor. I hate this so much and I have tried to get her help. She spent the summer with me once and stayed away from everything she didn't drink or do drugs or anything like that I was so happy and she actually remembered the time we spent having fun. Then the first day of school came and she was back to everything she had stayed away from. I was so angry and I told her she needed help but she didn't listen to me at all. I have decided that since I have a child and have grownup I will no longer be her sitter. I don't want her to get hurt but she needs to realize all of this on her own she has to stop herself cuz I have tried and I'm tired of her calling and saying she is in trouble and needs me to help her. I just think peeps need to realize they need help before they can be helped or they will just run back to their habits. Love, |

Hey, this does have a point. Drinking and having sex at parties because it's fun IS stupid. It's gotta take a special kind of stupid to lose all control of youself... I for one have never been drunk and don't intend to find out what it's like. Great post, there are so many people who need to read this... Peace, |

You've just described all my friends when we were teenagers, and by the time we became adults, we had such a high tolerance that there was no more puking or passing out, just black outs. Luckily, we all grew out of that. Hopefully the teens of today will also grow out of it. mom-to-be |
