My name is Pamela D. McIntosh. I am searching for my birthparents for medical info. Born July 24, 1965 in Akron Ohio, Akron City hospital. Adopted at 2 months old. Birthparents were 18 at the time of my birth. Birthmother was 5 ft 2, blonde, blue eyes and generally weighed 90 lbs. She worked for a pediatrician and also was attending buisness school. Her father passed away when she was just 5 weeks old. Birthfather was 6 ft, blonde and blue eyes. He was Catholic and my birthmother was of the protestant faith. Birthfather worked for a country club and also an art glass factory. Birthmother's mother remarried a year after her birth and they went on to have 3 children together. A boy age 14, another age 12 and a sister age four. These were their ages during my birthmother's pregnancy. Birthmother was not adopted by her stepfather and she kept her maiden name of McIntosh. She stayed in the Florence Crittenden Home for Unwed mothers. My adopted name was Lori Ellen Smith. Parents of Hyde and Wanda Smith from Magadore Ohio. Why we are looking for them:I have been searching on the internet for 8 years and I have also hired invetigators but nothing seems to match up with the non-id I have been provided with. I am out of resources and since I was 8 years old I have had reaccuring dreams about my birthfamily that has caused depression in my life. I have a 2 and 4 year old that suffer allergies and heart problems and I am in desperate need for medical info. I too suffer from panic attacks. I need to know where I came from and medical history for the main reason. It has been 8 long years and I feel like I have been given false information. I would love to be a part of my birthparents life, I want them to know that they are with me each and every day of my life and I love them no matter what.
