| Date: 2/28/2001 6:52:00 AM Well what ive done for nail biting was went to the doctor, they now have some stuff that you can put on your nails that prevents you from biting them. Or go to your local pharmacy, they also have some other options there for you as well. But besides that there really isnt another way, besides the mental aspect of it all, and thats pretty hard to over come, so for the time being try what i told you and then after awhile you'll get used to not biting them:). |
