Actually a lot has come up about the Amityville case. Hopefully your info was update. As of now, the case is most likely a large hoax. Though, there is the whole problem that the Lutz family story was made scarier. Perhaps something did happen, but it wasn't the way the films and books made it out to be. Another thing, Ronnie DeFeo was definetly not possessed. He confessed to the case. Also, his story of possession kept on changing. I'm not really sure any more. Maybe there were some actual paranormal events at the house. But the book has been pretty well debunked as far as being very acurate. Apparently alot of things were either made up, or exaggerated. Oh well, it was a nice scarey book, and the movie was OK.  |

there's a house by me that is haunted and the, man that really did live there murdered his whole family then hung him self. that was in the 18th century. |

there are stories in every about houses being haunted, some with evil spirits, some just with lost souls. unless you were there how do you know. i believe there are evil spirits walking the earth and possing people. that would explain hitler, daumer, hanabal, child molesters and all the other evil happing today. |

I believe that when a horrible tragedy such as the murder of the whole DeFeo family happens in a house,it imprint's on the house.The house becomes what you might call ''stained''by the treagedy for a lifetime.I think that the Lutz's might have experienced some negative forces in the house,the question is to what extent.....Aquaris. |
