Mother Earth *~silverwolf*~   Author:  13609  Category:(Poetry) Created:(2/26/2001 8:39:00 PM) This post has been Viewed (351 times) Long ago before the first human set foot on this earth, Before the first tree began to reach for the sun, She breathed in the fresh air, She shivered on the ice caps, Her blood runs through her vains. This is what we call Earth, Our Mother. She looks after us as her children, And everyday 9 species dissapear forever! Luckly some people have started to relise the damage they have done. The bald eagle is now off the endangered list, And aces of rainforests, Have been saved forever! Please think of your mother, She has given us a beautiful place to live, And now she needs our help!
