THE CHILDREN PART TWO. They don't, or even if they do, they live a few block's from you. If you move to a different state, it doesn't work, they follow you. Don't get me wrong, I like having my kid's near me, I just don't like all the hassle that comes with it. My oldest, Katie is soon to be twenty-five. The minute her eye's pop open in the morning, she can find a disaster where there is none. Her first words in the morning are, " Life suck's! " She has two children; age's seven and three. She also take's care of her sister's children while her sister work's. They are age's three and four. Katie gets frustrated very easily. When I try and tell her this or that has to be done, she tells me I don't know what she's going through. I guess it doesn't matter that I had four children in five year's time and none of them I can tell you, were sleepers. Katie was the worst of them all, but no, I don't know what she is going through. My husband tells me that they all take after me. They tell me that I'm stranger than they are. I can't believe this. I went to a head Doc once. He said I didn't need any medicine. " That means I'm normal then? " I ask him. " No. " He tells me! He asks me if I ever see anything that isn't there or hear thing's that aren't there. Now, if they weren't really there, I mean the voices and things, how would I see or hear them? See this doesn't make much sense to me. I see things because they are there. I hear music because it is there. I may be the only one in the room seeing and hearing this stuff but I can't help if people are not normal. My husband thinks I'm nuts. He just doesn't realize yet that I'm normal and the rest of the world is off balance. But, back to Katie. She would freak me out when she was a baby. I'd be feeding the bottle to her sister in the middle of the night and of course I couldn't move from the bedroom with out Kate right by my side. So here we are sitting on the kitchen table (doesn't everybody) while Sue suck's her bottle, when out of Kate's mouth comes, "Mama! Who's that man looking in the window! " Just the word's I want to hear at four in the morning! Of course nothing was there that I could see. But does that mean there really wasn't something or someone there? Go figure.
