Dreamweaver...floating on in the seas
can u hear me call your name, endless, countless, pleases,
I can't have ever loved before, I never felt this ache.
This wanting, agonizing feeling that thinking of you makes.
We went sailing on the stars, The night did not pass us by.
We dreamed our dreams together, on waves of a starlit sky.
Those nights are gone now, they’re all in the past.
I should have known, it just wouldn’t last.
Twillight evening..summer haze
doesnt matter, all in a daze.
heart has hardened..to just a stone.
I had hope..ohh so rare, but now it's gone.
His words he spoke..I didnt want to listen
tears slowly fall..each one glistens
soul still here...trapped inside this human sphere
had it all...when he was near.
Foolish is the one to have such hopes and dreams,
life it seems holds darkness and endless schemes.
I touch your face, the teardrops fall,
We had it once..God we had it all.
When u play this fickle game called love,
You wonder where is God above.
You surrender it all, u have no defense
And try as u may, it makes no sense.
He said that it would be alright
he said that i just had to fight
You sit and you wonder was it all a mistake
No it wasnt, nor was it fake.
Now I say goodbye, it's what I know I must do,
but truth be known, all I ever wanted was you.....
The say time heals all pain, and what was. will slowly die,
I will love you as the years go by, Till there are no tears left to cry,
Till the angels close my eyes.
And even if we're worlds apart,
I'll fight the portals and find my way back to you....
